(This refers to my own practice only and is not a recommendation for anyone else. Nor is it necessarily endorsed by my teacher.) I sometimes like to experiment with my Tai Chi practice. One of the ways in which I do that is to vary the speed at which I do the set. The fastest I've ever done it is 10 minutes. The slowest is about just under 25 minutes.
