Today is my 800th day of studying Ip Tai Chi with Rick Losasso. I have practiced Tai Chi on 790 of those 800 days. I have done over 800 sets. My goal has been to practice consistently everyday. I decided it was far better for me to do 1 set/day and not 7 sets on one day. Even though they both come out to 7 sets/week, I know for me that the daily practice is by far more beneficial.
